By engaging in a Vedic astrology consultation with Aurelie Frydman, hereafter referred to as the "Astrologer," you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

•     Nature of Advice:

  •     The astrology advice provided during the consultation is based on interpretations of Vedic astrology principles. It is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

•     Personal Responsibility:

  •     Clients are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the consultation. The Astrologer is not liable for any consequences arising from the client's choices.

•     No Guarantees:

  •     The Astrologer does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided during the consultation. Astrological interpretations are subject to personal interpretation and may vary.

•     Confidentiality:

  •     All information shared during the consultation is confidential. The Astrologer will not disclose client information unless required by law.

•     Age Requirement:

  •     Consultations are available only to individuals aged 18 and older. Parental consent is required for clients under the age of 18.

•     Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  •     Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with 48 hours advance notice. Refunds are subject to the Astrologer's cancellation policy.

•     Payment:

  •     Payment for consultations is due in upon completion of the service. No refunds will be provided once the consultation has taken place.

•     Updates and Revisions:

  •     The Astrologer reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

•     Disclaimer of Liability:

  •     The Astrologer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the consultation or the client's use of the information provided.

•     Legal Jurisdiction:

  •     This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any legal actions or claims arising out of the consultation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
