This is a time to honor, remember, and connect with our lineage:

  • Recall your loved ones who have passed. Bring out their photos, dust them off, and let them take a place of reverence.

  • Offerings. Light incense or a candle in their honor. Place flowers, or water before their images.

  • Remember their gifts. Call to mind the teachings, stories, and wisdom that continue to live within you. "We are all a part of each other."

  • Make peace, if there is discord and the dynamic was very painful, picture them the way you remember. Then watch their face and form slowly fade away leaving only the light of their soul. Focus on the energy of peace and forgiveness. I offer my peace and forgiveness, I release.
